Central City Value High School would love to welcome your child as a new student!

Application Procedure

To enroll your student at Central City Value High School, please take the following steps:

  1. Read and understand all school policies in the CCVHS Student and Parent Handbook.
  2. Visit the school to complete an Application for Student Admission. (An online version is coming soon.)
  3. Make an appointment to meet with the Principal.
  4. Agree to comply with the philosophy and policies of the school.

Your Interview

After you submit the Application for Student Admission, you will receive an e-mail containing instructions on how to schedule a parent-student interview with the CCVHS Principal.

You will need to bring the following things to the interview:

  1. Student grade reports from 7th and 8th grade; or, the last 2 years of school records
  2. Yellow immunization record form. The T.B. test needs to be less than four years old.
  3. Birth certificate
