Technological Resources and Support
Value Schools provides a wide array of technological support to its students and families.
Whether you need help finding a link to connect to your online class or there is an issue with your Value school-provided Chromebook, there is a technological support specialist that can help you troubleshoot and resolve these issues and more at each site.
Anyone with an @valueschools email account should be able to login using Google credentials.

Emergency Broadband Benefit - Up to $50 Discount for Your Home Internet if Eligible

- Fill out the National Verifier application on GetEmergencyBroadband.org or mail in the application. Print an application in English or Spanish.
- You will need proof of verification ID for parent/guardian and the child, if qualifying through the national school lunch program.
- You will need a letter from the school regarding the school lunch program.
If you decide to mail in the application, send with proof of eligibility to: Emergency Broadband Support Center P.O. Box 7081 London, KY 40742.
- It will take about 3-5 days to receive approval via email, so make sure you check your email. Once you receive the approval email, fill out your internet provider’s application if you already have an account with Spectrum or ATT. Below is the breakdown of costs for ATT, similarly a discount will be applied to Spectrum accounts or another provider in your area.

If you have any issues or questions, you can call the National EBB hotline at 833-511-0311. Be prepared for high call volumes and long wait times.
Access Low Cost Internet
Spectrum and ATT offer low cost internet and eligibility may be determined by participation in National School Lunch Program. If you qualify for free or reduced school lunch, you may request a Value Schools letter certifying that your student participates in the National School Lunch program.
